Line out v Locks

Line out v Locks

Fly, fly

Score a try

Kick, kick

Kick it through

This is what we gotta do

Hit’em hard and tackle low

This is how they’ll know

They’re playing Westmount now

Westmount, Westmount

That’s who we are

But that don’t mean

We’re just happy to play the game

We want to win it all the same

Know it, know it

Yes, know it well

We’re here to make it hell

AS never not easy

Is how it should be

When Westmount is who you play

So we’ll run and run

And run it hard

As we score many a try

A nd kicks of course are surely good

That is but what

We’re going to do

-          Charles Petrice

Last game I forgot to add the new straight arm man of the match.  Karl was awarded the straight arm man of the match due to his hard running.  The straight arm was never completed so it looks like there could be a penality for Karl.

This weekend’s game is against Laval and it is going to be a cracker!

This week training is on for Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm til late. It is important that we all attend this week and next week as we have two weeks off and we need to maintain our fitness.

Training is on tonight at 6:30. For those who require further stretching come about 6pm and Ray will go through some of the stretches

This Week there will be three training sessions. The first training session will be at Murray Hill at 2 pm on Monday and then training will be at the usual time and place for Tuesday and Thursday. There is two weeks left until our first game so make the effort to come and train.

Thanks for those who attended the Westmount Fund raiser on the Weekend (Hatton v Pacquiao)!  Though Hatton may have raised more money that night we had more fun even with the Karaoke singing.  Thanks to Tony and Don for organising the event.

The Poker champ that night was Don but he was handing the chips and his stack kept growing with out winning a hand for the longest time ;)

Training will now start at 6.30pm. Due to Forbes field and Murray Hill being unavailable tonights training will be at the Westmount High School at 6.30pm.

The field can be found at 4350 Rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest. You can enter through Hillside Lane and there is parking behind the school right next to the field. The nearest Metro is Atwater.
