Another great club banquet was held last Saturday with the annual awards presentations. Congratulations to all the winners. On a special note, revered club Old Boy Peter Howlett played for Canada against Tonga in 1974. Peter never received his test cap. With the hard work of Henry Rozenblatt and presented by our championship cups name sake, Roy Harvey, we were able to present Peter with his test cap on Saturday night. Congratulations Peter!

The University of British Columbia’s Thunderbird Stadium will play host to the first ever National Invitational University 7s Championship this weekend. The prestigious event will take place this Friday and Saturday at UBC and will feature the finest young rugby athletes the country has to offer.
