The 2010 Quebec rugby season is fast approaching and the Westmount Ravens are always looking for players.  If you are interested in playing Rugby in Montreal then contact the club president or join our Google group.

We also train at Murray Hill every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm so come down and join us.  Our matches are played on our Home Ground at Westmount park on Saturday’s.  For game times please bookmark this website.

Don’t forget the claw’s training session is on tomorrow at Murray Hill. Be there early to get the best rocks and backpack for the hill sprints!

Important message from Ray, that he will be unavailable for Tuesday training but he will be back on Thursday at Murray Hill, Westmount.  Training on Thursday starts at 6:30 and Sampson you are single man this week and will be expected to train.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30 to 8:30pm.  Ray plans for 5 hills,
300 yards down and 300 up with bag and rocks. 5×100 yard sleigh pulls
with 66 pound bag of gravel and 5 laps around rugby pitch, no
equipment.  It is a good way to get rid of the winter puppy fat.

So if you wish to begin training now please feel free to join Ray.
